Life Transitions
Some of the hardest moments in life aren't crises. They're transitions. A new job or the loss of one. A move. A relationship ending or beginning. Becoming a parent. A child leaving home. Retirement. Graduating. These are things that are supposed to feel like progress, and sometimes they do. Other times they surface grief, anxiety, identity questions, or a disorienting sense of not knowing who you are in this new version of your life.
You don't have to be falling apart to benefit from therapy. Sometimes you just need a space to process something big, to figure out what you actually want, or to get through a period that feels harder than it should.
We work with people in the middle of all kinds of transitions, including the ones that look like good news from the outside but feel complicated on the inside.
