Individual Therapy
At Lotus Flower Counseling, we offer individual therapy on a one-on-one basis for adolescents (13+) and adults. Sessions are centered around you, your experiences, and what feels most important in this season of life.
We offer individual therapy both in person and via secure telehealth throughout New Mexico, giving you the flexibility to choose the setting that feels most comfortable and accessible. Some clients appreciate the grounding presence of meeting face-to-face in the office, while others prefer the convenience and privacy of joining from home. Both options provide the same level of care, attention, and clinical support.
At this time, our practice focuses exclusively on individual one-on-one therapy and does not provide couples or family counseling. This allows us to stay deeply centered on the unique needs, goals, and experiences of each person we work with.

In-Person Therapy
For some clients, there’s something meaningful about having a dedicated space to step into each week. In-person therapy at Lotus Flower Counseling offers a calm, private environment where you can slow down, settle in, and focus fully on yourself without the distractions of home, work, or everyday responsibilities. For many people, simply being in the room creates a sense of presence and connection that helps the work feel more grounded.
Our in-person sessions are available for adolescents and adults who prefer face-to-face support or feel more comfortable meeting in person. Whether you’re working through anxiety, trauma, grief, ADHD, relationship stress, or a difficult life season, our clinicians create a space that feels safe, respectful, and centered around what you need.

Telehealth Therapy
All of our services are available via telehealth, and for many of our clients it's the only option that actually works. No commute, no waiting room, no rearranging your whole day. Just a private space wherever you are.
Telehealth at Lotus Flower Counseling is available to anyone residing in New Mexico. Whether you're in Albuquerque or a rural part of the state where mental health services are hard to find, you can access the same quality of care.
If you've never done therapy by video before, it's more normal than it sounds. Most clients find they settle in quickly, and many prefer it. We'll make sure you know what to expect before your first session.
