ADHD Support

ADHD
ADHD looks different than most people think. It's not just about being distracted or restless. It's about a nervous system that regulates attention, emotion, and energy differently, often in ways that were never explained or supported. A lot of people who find us were diagnosed late, or are only now starting to understand that what they've been struggling with has a name.
We work with adults and adolescents navigating ADHD, including people who are newly diagnosed, people who've known for years but never got real support, and people who suspect ADHD but haven't been formally evaluated. We don't provide diagnostic testing, but we work closely with what you bring and what you're experiencing.
ADHD support here isn't a list of productivity hacks. It's real clinical work around emotional dysregulation, shame, relationships, self-esteem, and the particular kind of exhaustion that comes from spending years masking or white-knuckling through things that felt inexplicably hard. We also understand the overlap between ADHD and trauma, anxiety, and other concerns, and we treat the whole picture.
