Anxiety isn't just worry. It can look like overthinking every conversation after it happens, feeling on edge without knowing why, avoiding things that used to be manageable, or carrying a low hum of dread that never fully goes away. For a lot of people, it's been there so long it just feels like personality.
We work with anxiety in all the forms it takes. That includes generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic, health anxiety, and anxiety that's tangled up with trauma, ADHD, or big life changes. We don't use a one-size-fits-all approach because anxiety doesn't work that way.
Therapy for anxiety here isn't about pushing yourself to white-knuckle through fear or think more positively. It's about understanding what's driving it, building real skills for when it spikes, and getting to a place where it no longer runs the show.
